Thursday 8:00 am. to 7:00 pm. Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CLOSED SUNDAY  Drummond Hardware has been a community hardware store for over 60 years. The original location was on Drummond Rd. but was moved 6 years ago to it's present location at 6080 McLeod Rd. The Old store was the old type of store with creaky uneven floors and inventory stacked to the roof using the basement and the three bedroom apartment upstairs for storage. Due to the condition of the old building and the room restraints it was moved to it's present location where we have almost 7000 sq. feet of room. That seemed to be huge on moving BUT after five years we are busting at the seams again. The store has been owned and operated by the Watson family for the last 12 years. The owners are Rob and Dorla Watson and Bob and Janice Watson all of whom where born and raised in this community. Rob's son Chris is an integral part of the business and is now able to handle all aspects of day to day operation. We support many worthwhile charities including Tender Wishes , Heartland Forest and Footsteps to Freedom.  Our family is involved in Kart racing at Merritville Speedway  and in a elite baseball team called Academy Stars . We do about 35% of our business in special orders whether that be an item we are out of, or items the customer cannot find anywhere. We take the time to call the manufacturer or distributor to get the product they wish. Drummond Home Hardware stocks a wide selection of items such as small appliances, electrical needs, plumbing supplies, screws, nails, and bolts ( these are available in bulk and you can get one , dozens, boxes of 100 or cases of thousands ).  We specialize in your plumbing needs including tubs, showers, faucets and vanities. We currently sponsor a young girl ( Margaret ) in the Sudan which allows her to attend school and possibly break the chain of poverty for her family. We encourage you to look at the site of Footsteps to Freedom as 100 % of the donations go to the child. There are no administration fees. Our facility handles all of Home Hardwares vast inventory and we Pride ourselves on the ability to get what you need if we do not have it. We sell all Scott's lawn and garden products and will even lend you a spreader at no charge if you need one. The paint department handles all Beauti-tone products and we have the state of the art Match-Rite colour match system to get that colour you really want. Our reverse osmosis water system is of the highest quality and is able to produce up to 1500 gallons of pure water per day. You can fill your own containers at the ultra low price of $2.00 for 18 litres. The services we supply are Glass and Plexiglass cut to size, sharpen knives and scissors, supply and install window screen, colour match system, key cutting. Our staff consists of dedicated people who are home owners just like you. They take pride in coming to your assistance immediately when you enter the door and cheerfully help you plan that plumbing or bath or any other project you have in mind.
